All transactions at qqclub are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Members must use payment methods registered in their own name. qqclub reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawal requests.
All qqclub bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated at the time of offer. Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, collusion or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will result in account suspension.
Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, use automated betting tools (bots), or engage in match-fixing constitutes a material breach of these Terms. qqclub will void affected bets and may refer such cases to relevant authorities.
These Terms are governed in accordance with the applicable laws under the jurisdiction of qqclub's international gaming authority licence. Any dispute not resolved through qqclub's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to the relevant licensing body.

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) qqclub Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information including your legal name, Malaysian mobile number and date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qqclub login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. qqclub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
qqclub operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Members may be required to submit a copy of a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used, before withdrawals can be processed.
All financial transactions on the qqclub Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). qqclub supports deposits and withdrawals via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch n Go eWallet and Boost, subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as published on the Platform.
Deposits are credited to your qqclub account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. qqclub does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

qqclub reserves the right to void and reclaim any funds that were credited to an account as a result of a technical error, system malfunction or fraudulent activity.

qqclub reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:
qqclub's decision on all betting disputes is final and binding, subject only to the escalation process set out in the Dispute Resolution section of these Terms.
qqclub offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, cashback, and free bets. All promotions are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game categories and time limits, as stated at the time the promotion is made available.
Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds must be wagered at a minimum of thirty (30) times the bonus value before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by product — sportsbook bets typically contribute 100% while slots contributions may vary by title.
qqclub reserves the right to withdraw, amend or substitute any promotional offer at any time. Promotional bonuses are limited to one per Member, household, device and IP address unless otherwise specified. Evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qqclub Platform:
qqclub cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies and will report suspicious activity where required by applicable law or licensing obligations.
All content on the qqclub Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, branding, logos, text, odds data and platform architecture — is the proprietary intellectual property of qqclub or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, scraping, reverse engineering or commercial use of any Platform content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qqclub and its officers, directors, employees and licensors shall not be liable for:
qqclub's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member to their account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
qqclub is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices. All Members are encouraged to set deposit limits, session time reminders and to make use of the Platform's self-exclusion and cooling-off tools, which are accessible from the Account Settings panel at any time.
If you believe your gambling is becoming harmful to yourself or others, qqclub strongly encourages you to seek assistance. You may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting qqclub support via live chat. A self-exclusion request will be processed within 24 hours and may not be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

qqclub reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate all or part of the Platform or any Member's access thereto at any time, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, regulatory requirement, or as required by its licensing obligations.
In the event of account termination for cause, any balance of Bonus Funds shall be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC or investigation processes.
Members who wish to voluntarily close their qqclub account may do so by contacting customer support via live chat. Account closure does not extinguish any obligations incurred prior to the closure date.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under qqclub's international gaming authority licence jurisdiction. Where local Malaysian law imposes non-excludable obligations, those obligations remain unaffected by this clause.
In the event of a dispute, Members are encouraged to first contact qqclub customer support via live chat to seek resolution. qqclub aims to respond to all formal disputes within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through qqclub's internal process, the Member may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority as notified to Members from time to time.
Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms must be brought within twelve (12) months of the date the cause of action arose. After this period, qqclub will not accept liability for any such claim.
